June 6, 2004 -- Dior says no to Costume National

When Courtney Peldon showed up to Dior’s event as an invited guest, she was asked: “Is That a Dior?” She answered “No, it’s a Costume National”. While inside the party, in the middle of a conversation with her co-star Jake Hoffman (Son of Dustin Hoffman) (Adam & Eve – Produced by Michael Douglas), Dior officials sent security to physically remove her.

Courtney, not known for wearing Haute Couture, stunned press photographers, Promoters, and the Dior representatives by wearing a spectacular piece by Costume National, and a dazzling pair of Stuart Weisman shoes.

Courtney left the party in tears, and wondering why they would disrespect her so much.

“They approved me on the guest list, I went through the press line, then they let me in the party, yet they physically removed me in an abusive way. I demand an apology from Dior.

Courtney can be seen on the upcoming HBO series “The Entourage” July 18, 2004 and in a Michael Douglas produced film “Adam and Eve” starring Courtney Peldon, and the sons of famous actors Dustin Hoffman (Jake Hoffman), Michael Douglas, and the nephew of Jack Klugman.
